Entries made by automatic, robotic, computer generated, or programmed method, or through any sweepstakes entry, notification, or related service, or in any manner not in compliance with the requirements of these Official Rules are invalid and will be disqualified. Guitarmann LLC ("Sponsor") is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions by whatever media or unauthorized human intervention, which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should any difficulty or other causes beyond its control, corrupt the administration, security or fair and proper play of the Sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will conduct random drawings from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination. 4. WINNERS. Winners will be selected based on a random drawing at the conclusion of the contest. Winners will be notified via direct message on Twitter®. Upon confirmation, winners will be shipped the prize within the continental US only. Winners will be responsible for insurance, or any other costs or expenses not identified in these Rules. Guitarmann LLC is not responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the prize whatsoever, either during shipping or after receipt of prize.

By accepting prize, winners agree that Guitarmann LLC, and its advertising agencies, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees (the "Released Parties") are not responsible or liable for any claims arising in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of the prize or from participation in the Sweepstakes or related activities. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with these Sweepstakes.
